Excellent service It’s the second time I’ve used Ajit Hundal to re-mortgage and I cannot fault the service they provide. They offer great support in finding the right mortgage to meet individual circumstances and are then on hand to answer any questions/ queries. Ajit has been there every step of the way through my recent remortgage, he has kept me updated and replied to my messages straight away, even through the current COVID-19 difficulties. Their fees are very reasonable too, it is worth every penny to use a mortgage broker who knows what they’re doing, it certainly does take a huge amount of stress out of the mortgage process. I had run out of funds half way through the construction of my home. My bank turned down my request for more funding. I started searching for alternatives on the web and was very fortunate to find Ajit. Not only did Ajit work creatively around my personal funding issues with two tiered funding, he CONTACTED MY OWN BANK WHO ORIGINALLY HAD TURNED ME AWAY AND GOT ME THE FUNDING I NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION. He acted as the -go-between for the lenders, lawyers and myself. Ajit treated me very professionally and always maintained contact, even if there wasn't any progress to report. He placed me at ease the whole time. My impression is that Ajit genuinely cares about his clients. The best advice I can give is to call Ajit first. Don't use him as a last resort like I did. Use him as your first. He will take all the stress away and give you the best chance of obtaining your loan for the lowest cost.

Ajit is great! He is very helpful and helped me not only get a great rate but a very flexible mortgage. Having his assistance definitely saved me lots of interest on my mortgage. On top of this, he even helped me renew my mortgage at a much lower rate than was initially offered by the bank, a service he did not get paid for. I very much recommend Ajit, very good at what he does.

Ajit has been my Mortgage Broker from Day 1, personally and professionally.
