Very, very, slow service. As the previous reviewer, make sure you have lots of time. I drive out of my way to get better/faster service at the Como Lake Shopping Centre branch. I really wish in this review process that there was a "no star" option to choose as well, because that is what I would have rated this branch. Terrible!

Went in to deposit a paycheque that I have been getting for the last 2 years. And they put a 4 day hold on the funds leaving me unable to pay bills and make e transfers. Called the customer service to find out this information. Would recommend a different branch.

Most incompetent teller and worst customer experience ever at this branch with Kulwinder. She insisted that I could not use a bank draft to pay a RBC mastercard because it wasn't guaranteed funds unless I pay cash. She absolutely didn't care about what I had to say but kept on telling me there is nothing she can do. I asked to speak to the manager and she again INSISTED that there was no need. This went on for 10 mins. I was not going to leave until I speak with the manager and finally the manager comes over and says YES I can use a bank draft to pay for the mastercard. I RUBBED IT IN AND SAID OH BUT YOUR TELLER SAYS I CAN'T and stormed off! That is exactly why I needed to speak to the manager! Would never ever bank with RBC!
