I have been coming to this branch for long time and as other review says, the customer service was not the best. However, recent visit at this branch was very good. Customer rep, Toby was very helpful and good at explaining things in very clear way. He definitely changed my view on this branch ! keep up the good work !

Worst branch ever. Mr. Dalton and Jodi, the manager is the least helpful. They continuously base their opinions on your financial status and JUDGE you and treat you inhumany! I recommend this place for no one. The workers should get plenty of training in intelligence and simply in humanity. Once again, it is just terrible how they treat you here!

Hate how they combine personal and business account together. Had to line up and wait for longer time.

Service is slow and not good. People in Japan or Taiwan , we go to bank just sit and wait for calling your number . Even they serve a cup of tea. But here you need to stand and wait ,and every one seems not satisfied with their salary ,no smile , and super slow. I don't know if their computers are slow ,or if they are all stupid and not well trained. I think their leader should be very stupid, so they have a bad service . Not recommended.

Nice branch, but won’t accept my deposit to my landlord’s account.
