It's a bank. You give them money and they give you less than what you gave them in the first place. You ask for money and they make you give them back more than what they gave you in the first place. Otherwise, a 4 star rating for very friendly and helpful staff. If they don't have the answers, they usually get back fairly promptly.

New renovation is terrible. Customers do not know where to stand, there is less privacy, and simple transactions take 15 minutes longer. Should switch back to the traditional trusted and true banking system that all banks use without any problems. I am even writing this review while being serviced at one of the new "pod counters" for a simple deposit and it has never taken this long. I hope RBC decides to switch it back to the regular counter setup that they have at other banks so that I can come back to this location because with this new desk system I will not be returning. I feel like my privacy is totally being compromised because the teller has to run across the branch to get my reciepts and ask multiple other employees for help. In addition, they have a security guard sitting in a chair positioned immediately behind my tellers computer, able to look at all of my personal information. I would give this less than one star if I could. Avoid this location, save your time and privacy by going to a different one.

Nearly got robbed, but a child hero saved my skin! A few months ago, I had just withdrawn a large amount of money from the ATM here. It was around the time my wife died and I had inherited millions from her. I was on the way to my car when some punk sprinted at me with a karate sword and told me he'd cut me up into little tiny pieces if I didn't give him a large chunk of my fortune. I froze, terrified. The punk just kept yelling, but I couldn't think of what to do next. Suddenly, a little boy in a Batman costume jumped on the punk, yanked the sword away and killed that criminal in cold blood. The small Batman gave me a small nod before running off into the day. If it hadn't been for him, I'd be dead meat. Thank you, Batman Boy. Wherever you are. Whoever you are.

This is poor and stupid branch comparing any others. You never get any feedback from it. This branch never care clients and provided worst services. Please keep away from this branch!

I am so impressed with their service, even I am really closed to white rock location, but since their branch leader and few stuff provided with no care service, I don't mind come to this branch to get all banking service done, especially this branch's manager client care lady-Suzanne Brown, and Jesse and Annashasia, they all very kind, they all helped me even I don't have appointment with them, I will do all my RBC service with this branch. Thank you for this branch's leader, I believe leader's attitude will impact their staff's attitude!
