Wonderfully receptive to a client's concerns and objectives. Danny was on top when it comes to clear communication and being informative at all times. He was meticulous and detailed in his conduct, always maintaining his clientsâ€™ priorities at the forefront. He was reassuring when economic changes were occurring, providing the necessary education to bring comfort to his client. I have the utmost gratitude and admiration for his role in helping me obtain the necessary mortgage for my first home purchase. I highly recommend Danny to anyone out there seeking the necessary financial support for whatever his/her needs are.

I can't say enough about my experience with Danny. I bought a place unexpectedly in Vancouver's busiest real estate boom, and then went to sell my existing place as the market began to dip. So firstly, I was on a tight timeline to get my mortgage done, and to make things more difficult, I had a few possible scenarios - ie depending on the price of any offers, or if I decided to rent it out. Danny patiently went through all of my options, and provided some excellent and very quick advice. He sent details emails and did all the math to make it very easy for me. As circumstances were changing, he was getting me information from all the banks, ensuring that I got the best option. To top it off, Danny had an overseas holiday booked, and normally would have wrapped up with me well before that. He had a local back up available but mostly spent every day of his Asian holiday working on my local time to get me documents, deal with the banks, and provide me updates. Every single day he was away. During the time he was on the flights, he had his colleague help me on standby. He was calm under what was becoming a stressful timeline. When I went to the lawyer to sign all the final documents - even the lawyer commented that they had never seen a broker with that level of communication, and commitment to his customers. He never met Danny, but he even he plans to recommend him. The move ended up being stressful - and the only anchor in that stressful period was Danny.

When I planed to buy a condo and consulted Danny, he was so patient in helping me go through everything, reminded me of mortgage approval and penalty and what's the best way to handle them. When I found my ideal condo, he further reminded me of every detail steps that need to follow and asked me about my realtor and Notary for any possible risks... and on the last day when I had to sign the Notary documents, he helped me to contact my mortgage bank and the Notary to make sure no penalty for sure and everything went well. Really appreciate his professional effort, thank you so much Danny!
