Jeff Moore & team are phenomenal. We have used them twice now. They make the home buying process very comfortable with many flexible options. Jeff secured a rate nobody else could touch. If you need a mortgage, or want to revisit your current mortgage - go see Jeff Moore.

Laurie was absolutely the most amazing broker I have ever used. She went not only above and beyond for me to make sure I got a great rate, she spent time answering all my (excessive) questions and explaining each step. She is incredibly compassionate and passionate about helping people and I would recommend her to everyone! She has a heart of gold and just an all around amazing broker and person :)

Paul from Castle Mortgage was amazing to deal with, any problem or concern that we had, Paul saw to it right away. He was super knowledgeable and always gave advice that put us first ahead. Paul worked tirelessly with us to make sure everything was in order, for us to purchase our new home and was super accommodating to any sudden changes we had.

I had a great experience working with Jeff and Brittany on my mortgage. I had a lot of questions during the process and both Jeff and Brittany were quick to reply to emails, phone calls and even texts! A few hiccups a long the way with the new lender, but in the end I received a great product, a great rate and I am very please with the customer service I received. I even received a follow up email 2 months after renewal checking in with how things were going.
