You won't be disappointed!! Trust me!! I would recommend Tim Yuen from Castle Mortgage Group to help anyone out there whether he or she is a new or experienced home buyer. I myself was new to the real estate market. Tim took the time to come to meet with me out of his work schedule to introduce me to this new world of real estate.I felt very overwhellmed but he was very patient and tried many creative ways to help me understand the entire process and encouraged me to take my time in making decisions. This helped to ease many anxieties I had. He is extremely detailed-oriented, organized with all the necessary paperwork I submitted for approval of my mortgage etc. He is timely in answering emails, phone calls and even takes the time to call me me to remind me of extra paperwork that I had not yet submitted. Periodically after I had seen several houses with my realtor, he would email or call me to see how things were going. Once my offer was accepted from the buyers, Tim was so quick in finalizing a lender within days I believe. Everything went so smoothly, I felt all the bumps that go into buying a house were completely seamless and all went perfectly. After I was moved in and settled, Tim took time to email/call to also check up on how I was managing which was so nice. He even took time to deliver a basket of goodies to my workplace from Castle Mortgage Group which I was very appreciative. Overall, I felt Tim took the potential headaches and guesswork out this home buying process. I felt very secure and taken care of and that I knew everything would be managed well under his care and this is why I name my review "You wont' be disappointed! Trust me!!
