Dear people of Vanderbilt, I am writing this letter because I want to give a special thanks to the people of Vanderbilt, One in particular and her name is Maria. She is a supervisor there at Vanderbilt. Once again Vanderbilt and the people of Vanderbilt has been able to find a way to help me save my home and bring my mortgage payments up-to-date. Just when I thought everything was going haywire Vanderbilt stepped up and gave me some options. I love Vanderbilt and people of it. I wouldn't change a thing on my mortgage company at all and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you so much once again Maria, you're an angel Sent From Heaven. The Penny's

I have had my home financed through Vanderbilt since 2012. They have been a very good finance company to work with. I had lost my job at the end of November 2017 and didn’t have the money to pay my mortgage for December or January. I spoke with Jordan and he was so helpful. He was able to give me an extension for January as long as I could pay December. Then when I started working in February I let them know. Lee called me back and he and Jordan were able to give me another extension for the February payment so I could get back on track with my March payment and not be behind. As long as you communicate with them they will work with you. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me.

I called about some concerns I had with my escrow account. I spoke to an agent called Christina Campus and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As well as being patient with all my questions, she explained the escrow process in a way I could understand,; better than anyone else has been able to in fact; and this allayed all my concerns. My faith in Vanderbilt Mortgage was restored and I am happy to continue doing business with you. Thank you Christina for your patience and easy explanations

I received quality service from your most kind staff. I encountered a woman named Leslie that gave me empathy, compassion and assurance during my request. A few days later, I encountered a young man named Jeremy who was kind, positive and affirmative with my request. At this place in my life, where many unforeseeable and unfortunate events has occurred. I am so thankful for the timely assistance that's been rendered to me.
