Chris Holt was really great to work with. He treats all of his customers like a friend and ensures the highest quality of service he can provide. Chris was very helpful as we started the home buying process by providing guidance, giving us an overview of the market and identifying key factors for us to consider while shopping. Throughout the entire process he was always available, even after business hours and on the weekends. I'd highly recommend Chris' services!

Great experience with Chris Holt! He made the process smooth and seamless for me. Everything was signed electronically without me ever having to meet face to face. I have know Chris for over a decade and he's helped me on a number of occasions. Years before I was ready to buy a home and needed to bolster my credit, he met with me, pulled a credit report and gave me some tips on what I needed to do to put myself in a position to buy and home. In 2014 when my wife and I were ready to buy, he walked us through every step of the mortgage process and got us the best interest rate available. He was always professional as well, returning calls and messages promptly and walking us through the complicated paperwork and legalese of mortgage documents. I highly recommend working with Chris.
