First of all, our story is no doubt the same as most people with less than an impeccable credit history. Life happens, and never at a convenient time. We were renters for the first 6 yrs of our marriage since my wife was intimidated by credit, and mine slipped as I was trying to focus on hers. We then found a "rent to own" sign that gave us hope, and a way to save for a down payment system built in the rent. We were not disciplined to save ourselves. While in the rent to own scenario, for about 3 yrs, we had adventures of the property management company not making the mortgage payment, resulting in "occupancy checks" (I'll let you research that one), The property owner missed some payments, all while we NEVER missed payments. Needless to say, I nearly got a law degree while we were living in our 3 year agreement/lease. We tried to apply for credit twice, only to be denied with very vague reasons. And myself being the type of guy I am, I ask questions. I will take no for an answer, but only temporarily, and until I find the truth about the situation. Enough was enough, more payments were missed by one of the 2 parties owning the house, resulting in my stress level escalating, so, finding Sarah's website and claiming to be the "Erin Brockovich" of mortgages, what attracted me to her profile was simply this. She didn't have ANY claims on her website such as others like "If I can't get you a mortgage, no one can" or "Through me, everyone is approved". We knew that wasn't true, we were denied twice. So Sarah explained a few things to me about how my current living arrangements worked, I was fuming, on how I suspected we were taken advantage of due to our lack of education in the rent to own process. She told me, that if we weren't approved this time around, she would work with our financial situation to ensure the next shot is a no fail. Finally someone not giving us false hope. Then came Sara Howard, very, very knowledgeable in her craft, on a very professional team that will fight for the client. My wife and I were very, very pleased in how we actually not only got approved, but got a comparative rate to many of my friends/family that currently have mortgages with excellent credit. While I can say from my side, it wasn't without stress, Sarah and her team never let more than a day go by without updates, when the lender required info it was always relayed and explained, and they were calm through then entire process. While I'm sure the other mortgage brokers in town are fantastic, the 2 - 3 we dealt with before Sarah, simply were looking for cookie cutter deals. I could write a book on how much we appreciate the work this team has done for us. Just like seeing pictures of Mexico/Cuba or somewhere else. You can see the fun people have, but you haven't experienced it till you travel there yourself. Same with this team. Testimonials are our experience with an awesome team. You'll have to try them out for the experience.

I wouldn't deal with anyone else but Premiere Mortgage! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful throughout the whole experience.
