Brad and his team are excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions 7 days a week at all hours of the day, very promptly. He was easily accessible via phone or email. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions that he was able to answer thoroughly. Submitting and signing documents was as easy as it could get. I highly recommend him and can’t thank him enough for making it such a smooth process.

Brad was super quick and easy to deal with. He explains step by step really well and got our paperwork completed before the closing date even with a tight closing window. I can’t forget to mention how fast Brad responds to emails! We are extremely happy with the service!

Brad is knowledgeable and efficient, and was always readily available when we needed to contact him. He helped us through the mortgage process and kept us in the loop at all times. We have used Brad three times already and highly recommend him.
