I have refinanced a number of mortgages over the years with Poli Mortgage and they are terrific. The most recent one closed last week with the assistance of Rick Souza. They really know the mortgage market, help you sort through your options, simplify the information requirements, have great online tools and are a pleasure to work with. They make it so easy! I highly recommend Poli Mortgage.

Ed and Denise did a great job. They both were always available to answer any questions. The process from beginning to end only took 24 days. It all seemed to good to be true. But here we are in our new home. We were even contacted by Ed 2 weeks after closing just to see how we were doing and to congratulate us on our home. Highly recommend Poli Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan.

Poli Mortgage is one of best mortgage and refinancing teams I have even been worked with. This is already my 4th time working with them on refinancing in past 2 yrs. A small but extremely efficient team that takes care of custom's needs really in a very efficient way. Effective team communication with either the agent Cindy or processor Richard. One of other best things the provide is that you can check your own mortgage rate online and in real time, not like other lenders that you have to either email or call the agent to get just a rate update. This is very important before you want to lock your rate. Also they have no point, no cost refinancing and the rate you get is not any worse, sometime is better than the banks.

Cindy and Richard are very helpful in our recent mortgage refinance. From start to end, it only took less than 25 days to have everything done. Never see a company is this efficient. Both Cindy and Richard deserve true five stars .

I can't say enough about Poli! I have refinanced a few times over the years with them, always a good experience but they outdid themselves again. We just refinanced in 9 days and it was the easiest refi I have ever done. Thanks especially to Rick!!! My recommendation is don't bother looking anywhere else, period.
