Avoid Holly Robinson and Avondale Properties Limited!

Holly Robinson also owns Avondale Properties Ltd, and they are verbally abusive to tenants, have broken he tenancy act and been reprimanded multiple times and still refuse to comply, and the building inspector had to get involved for me to get my hot water tank repaired. These people are unscrupulous, and even released my personal financial data to a third party!

Being self employed, owning a house seemed daunting considering the many hoops someone like me had to jump through to qualify. Holly and Bob made the process easy and helped me understand my options, shopping around for the best rate and terms. Since signing up, Bob keeps me in the loop about changes and possible ways to save me even more money. He is always just a phone call away in case I have questions. Holly and Bob are awesome!!
