David was recommended to us through a mutual friend when our mortgage was up for renewal. He was very helpful and went beyond what we would expect him to do. We would highly recommend David and would seek him out again when and if the need arises.

David made it extremely easy for my wife and I to purchase our first house. Neither of us was experienced in how to go about getting a mortgage and David made the entire process simple and painless. I would recommend anyone that is in the market for a house to speak with a mortgage adviser as David managed to save us well over 0.5% as compared to our own personal banks rate.

I have referred several of my clients to David and I have heard nothing but excellent feedback from them. He handles every case with professionalism and communicates frequently. I have recommended Dave to friends and family.

Have nothing but amazing things to say about David. He guided us through a very difficult journey and connected us with other professionals that we would never have made contact with in the first place. We are currently living in our dream home because of him. We are forever grateful for his wisdom and guidance. I will always recommend him first to everyone I know.
