If there is such a thing as the Canadian Mortgage Hall of Fame, Craig Spicer deserves to be in there front and center. My wife and I are both self employed and not the mainstream applicants that most brokers prefer working with. Craig was able to think outside the box and give us multiple options of how to proceed. He put in extra hours where other brokers would have passed us over as we may have been too much work for the reward. He was patient, trustworthy and punctual. I would honestly say that Craig deserves most of the credit for our family securing our dream home and I would recommend him to anyone as I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Craig went above and beyond to help us navigate our way through buying our first home. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend using him as your mortgage broker!!

Craig is the best Mortgage Broker/Specialist I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend him. Craig provides an all inclusive service that you simply don't get when you deal directly with a financial institution. His attention to detail is second to none. I have used Craig for many real estate transactions over the last 10 years and his commitment to superior client service is unwavering. Craig is warm, personable and most importantly, knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this outstanding Mortgage Professional.

I have been dealing with Craig since 2004. I have had multiple mortgages since that time, anyone that has owned homes knows that every transaction is different. Craig has gone above and beyond countless times to get the job done. Craig always looks out for my best interests , which you cannot put a price on.

He is hard working and will make sure your getting the best rate. We are so thankful! We had brokers before but he is by far the best and he's such a wonderful person to deal with. We highly recommend Craig Spicer!
