Warwick was a pleasure to work with for arranging our mortgage. We initially had some credit problems. He helped us by walking through our credit reports and letting us know how to fix the issues. As first time home buyers there was lots to learn. Warwick explained every piece without getting overly technical, which would have been overwhelming. We felt quite comfortable with every step. When it came to signing day, we knew what we were getting into and that we could afford it. Warwick was able to lock in an excellent interest rate for us with a bank that has been easy to deal with. Overall, I highly recommend Warwick when it comes to getting a mortgage and truly understanding it.
