I found Gord to be very knowledgeable and experienced in finding the right mortgage for me. This was my 1st time in seeking a mortgage through a mortgage agent. Gord is an active listener, checks the details, and explains the process. Thanks again Gord for your effort, honesty and professionalism. I look forward in working with you again. Best Regards Brenda

Process of getting a mortgage with Gord was my first experience of mortgage outside the bank. He had extra general information to give at our first meeting. He was patient, prompt in replying emails, and always available afterwards. Therefore, the process completed in a short time and is flawless. It was a good learning experience for me. Thanks, Gord.

As a real estate broker I appreciate and rely on a network of professionals, one of which is the mortgage agent. I have worked with Gord and have found him to be innovative, caring and committed and therefore I feel very comfortable referring clients to him.

Working with Gord removed the majority of stress involved with getting my mortgage. His dedication, work ethic and professionalism enabled me to choose the right mortgage for me. I appreciated his willingness to understand my needs and then present me with options that best suited my situation. This was my first time working with Gord and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Gord is a problem solver. He looks for creative solutions to difficult financing situations. At the height of the economic downturn in 2010, I had an apartment building in Windsor that I wanted to refinance. Bank after bank, mortgage broker after mortgage broker, no one could get the job done. Windsor was a difficult market at the time: high unemployment, high vacancy. Then I met Gord. Not only did Gord find me financing to 75% of appraised value on a commercial building, he got me a rate more than 20% lower than I was currently paying. I now use Gord to help out my Rent-to-Own clients, and I highly recommend him to friends. If you have a financing challenge, it is worth your time to talk to Gord. I am glad I did.
