Brad was just fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, just really made the process smooth and easy. He followed through on all matters very promptly and always encouraged open communication, no matter how small my concern. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, especially first time buyers who are intimidated by the process!

Brad's service was better than I could have hoped for. I needed financing to happen very fast as deadlines were approaching and my previous broker was having difficulties getting the required rate. After contacting Brad it was all taken care of and with a level of professionalism and courtesy that far exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely recommend Brad to my family and friends. Thank you for all the help, Brad!

Simply put, Brad is great at what he does. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers, and Brad took what could be a daunting process for first-timers and made it super straightforward. He's professional, transparent, and always on top of the latest changes in the market. I absolutely recommend Brad for all of your mortgage-related needs. Thanks, Brad!

My wife and I trust Brad with everything mortgage-related. He's very reliable and works hard to get the job done in time for a quick close. He's also done two very out-of-the-ordinary purchases for us: one in Canada when we were living abroad, and one in Quebec when we were living in Ontario. He helps you to make the right decisions, and to back them up with data. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks, Brad.
