3.9 is too high. More like a " 1 ". I do not recommend this company. Hidden fees.... Stay away ! Stay away !

We tried 3 local mortgage brokers who all said that they could help us and were never able to. We contacted turnedaway after watching a few educational videos and we are glad we did. They got us approved for a home equity loan and made it seem so easy. Can't thank them enough!

These guys are courteous and understanding, just like the positive reviewers say. But when it comes to money matters, only the money matters. The TurnedAway offer came in at twice the interest rate offered by a direct lender (Capital Direct), and the brokerage fees embedded (hidden) in the TurnedAway offer were twice what was in a comparable offer from a competing broker (CItadel Mortgages). Even in desperate moments, it pays to shop around.

I highly recommend Turnedaway.ca. I dealt with Katherine who showed real professionalism and more importantly COMPASSION for my circumstances. She was very honest and was available any time I had questions and got my home equity loan approved quickly. I have already referred a colleague and would recommend them to anyone!
