Paul met with us to discuss mortgage options ahead of purchasing a home on the country side; we weren't sure about the steps involved in downsizing from a financing perspective, and Paul clarified everything we needed to know in that regard. We ended up porting the current mortgage based on his advice and saved thousands of dollars as a result. We were very pleased with his expertise and will contact him again come renewal time!
