Joe is an amazing person. He is very helpful and explains things to you so you can understand what they mean. He helped us so much. Very grateful for everything he did. Anyone needing help he is the person to go to. Thanks again Joe

We met Joe through a reliable referral, as first time home buyers we were very skeptical about signing with a mortgage broker and not your typical financial institute. We compared rates, service, and comfort level with TD, CIBC, one other broker and Joe. After looking at his site and having a short conversation on the phone we decided to continue our first time home buyer journey with Joe. Since then we’ve never looked back and are very excited to what the future holds. From the beginning Joe was very informative and had great customer service and people skills. He took the patience to explain our millions of questions as first time home buyers and also guided us through the mortgage process. We gained an abundance of knowledge just through one meeting with Joe. His passion for numbers and his need to help people is very evident in his services.

Joe is amazing! He got me a mortgage to buy a second property (to use as a rental property) and managed to get me qualified with only maternity leave income. He's incredibly professional, and it's obvious that he takes pride in providing the best experience that he can. I would absolutely recommend him!

Joe went to great lengths to help me out under a very short deadline with no chance of an extension. I felt very confused and anxious about the whole thing until Joe explained a few things to me. I felt like I could go to Joe with any questions I had since I am a first time home buyer. He was very understanding and certainly knows what he is talking about. I understand things a lot better now and I wouldn't have without his help. I would suggest his services to anyone who is looking to buy, he's got tonnes of knowledge about the processes you must go through, he's absolutely great and really does care!!
