"I recently came to Canada and I am self-employed. It was impossible for me to be qualified for a mortgage with the major banks. In addition, English is not my first language, so it was very difficult to understand the requirements and mortgage credit application process. I live in a different province, we don’t have many mortgage brokers or agent who speak Russian or Ukrainian. One on my friend referred me to Oxana. She told me that she has been working with some lenders, who have a special program, designed to satisfy my needs. Fortunately, I was qualified for a mortgage! She led me through the entire process step by step. She assisted me to find a Real Estate agent in my province. The home purchase was absolutely stressless. Thank you for the great experience Oxana! I would recommend you to anyone, who wants to buy a home”.

Oxana is a perfect broker and a wonderful person. Due to her efforts, my family has the lowest possible interest rate on our mortgage. All documents were prepared within the shortesst time, and Oxana managed all our issues in the most efficient and fastest manner. I would strongly recommend that everyone who needs mortgage should contact Oxana. She knows literally everything in the financial industry!

Bank refused my mortgage at the last moment. Oxana saved the day, came up with good terms. Was able to get better rate than bank. We were able to do it before the new mortgae rules kicked in on Jan 1st. don't know how she did it but i guess that's the difference between a real professional and an imposter. Thank you Oxana!!
