We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Woollam Mortgage Team! As first time home buyers, naturally throughout the process we had a lot of questions. Josh and Sheena answered them all promptly and with ease. They are very personable, easy to speak with, quick to respond, and made the whole process so stress-free! Josh worked endlessly to find a mortgage that worked for our situation and even got our rate down before we took possession. There was no comparison between Josh and the other banks and brokers we met with, the choice to go with Woollam Mortgage Team was easy. We would highly recommend them with confidence!

My wife and I were in the market for a mortgage for our first home. We meet up with multiple different mortgage brokers and so called mortgage specialists, but we didnâ€™t feel comfortable with their knowledge. They couldnâ€™t even answer basic questions we had about the mortgages they were offering.We were beginning to feel hopeless that we wouldnâ€™t be able to find someone we could trust, that was until we meet with Josh. He put us at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. He was great to work with and always very quick with a response when we had a question. When my wife and I decided to purchase our first home, a very good friend of mine referred us to Woollam Mortgage Team, which turned out to be one of the best pieces of advice given to us! Josh and Sheena exhibited exceptional customer service. As first time home buyers, we had many questions of which Josh and Sheena were able to address them all. Josh sat with us on two occasions to explain the financial details when it comes to buying home. Josh was available at moments notice and was very quick to respond (even on weekends) to any queries that arose. He also worked very well with our realtors as they communicated regularly. Josh really impressed us by not only providing proof of financing letters for our offers but he went above an beyond to get our mortgage approved when one of our offers was accepted. More importantly, Josh secured a very affordable rate! Sheena kept us up to date on all the documents we needed for the bank, which was very helpful as multiple pieces of information was required. To my surprise, Josh was able to renegotiate a rate that was even lower. He really didn't have to do that but chose to any way. That goes to show that he is a man of integrity and will do what it takes to get his clients the best deal possible! If you having trouble deciding on whether to retain the services of a mortgage broker or bank, I urge to work with Woollham Mortgage Team. You will not regret it! They have your best interest at heart when making this huge life changing decision.

Where do I start? When we first bought our new build we were working with a major bank who was unresponsive and really just didn't seem to care about our business. We were referred to Josh and Sheena by some friends who used their services in the past. Not only were they responsive (even on nights and weekends) they made getting our mortgage so easy. Our home ended up being delayed which meant we lost our rate but they pushed for us and ended up getting us the same rate from a different provider. They are very knowledgeable, organized, proactive and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a mortgage. Thanks again Josh and Sheena - you guys rock!
