We were referred to The Mortgage Professionals through a friend. Our agent was Jeff Dillon, he has been an amazing person to work with. He has been very professional and patient with us through the whole process.Our house search began almost two years ago. It took us a long time to figure out if it was time for a house or not. My wife and I are glad we waited and Jeff made sure we had the best mortgage. I am thankful for all the hard work The Mortgage Professionals have done in finding us the perfect mortgage. These guys truly do what their name says being "professionals." Thanks Guys.

I would recommend Janet MacDonald to anybody in a heartbeat. My wife and I knew her from our friends. And we had the best experience. Janet understood our needs for mortgage and tried her best to accommodate them. She is professional and she can explain things using our language. Plus we feel that Janet really cares about her clients. We first talked to her when there were still two years left in our five-year fixed rate mortgage. Two years later when we met again, she pull out a folder with all our files along with her handwritten notes from the first meeting. She still remembered our questions and requests. We were very impressed.

Jeff and Craig were very helpful throughout the home buying experience. As a first time Home buyer who has lots of questions I was skeptical about selecting a mortgage broker. My first meeting with Jeff was fantatastic. He answered all questions and did all the work behind the scenes to get my wife and I a great mortagage rate (2.89%). Communication didn't stop after the house buying process. Periodically they have checked in to make sure everything is good. They even went as far to remind me about being eligible for the first time home buyers tax credit. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing.
