Rachael was patient with us during our mortgage renewal, she educated us on our mortgage options and discuss with us our opportunity for future growth with real estate. She was willing to meet in the evenings which was convenient for both me and my spouse. Also responding to emails and phone calls promptly. I would recommend Rachael to anyone!

My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Rachael and Maggie recently on a mortgage that would help improve our credit and allow us to fund some much needed home renovations. Both Rachael and Maggie were very attentive and always responded to our emails in a timely manner. We are very appreciative for their efforts and hard-work during this whole process. basically what all 1* Reviews have said - that is exactly how our experience went. BRUTAL. We had a wonderful first meeting, both my husband and I loved her! very charming, vary charismatic. We we're shown a rate and payments based on 5% down - which at the time we were CLEAR, that was not our intention (we wanted to put 20-25% down) we asked her to confirm what those payments would look like, she said no problem - all documents would be changed when we decided before lending instructions sent to lawyer. I emailed/called/emailed/called for months. Closing date came, of course our lawyer was sent lending instructions with 5% down! I called her and FREAKED out, she of course told me that the email with options was sent months ago and I didn't get back to her! HAHA right, out of all the emails she and her team sent over the months we dealt with her - THAT was the one we didn't get. SURE. Our Lawyer pulled a Hail Mary and we managed to still close on time. But not without a NIGHTMARE dealing with this woman and her team. She was extremely rude and very unapologetic. But I guess she had her cheque already. so who cares!? BEWARE!!!! Not in a million years would I recommend this individual for your Mortgage (or otherwise) services.
