I canâ€™t speak highly enough about David, Dharshini and the rest of the team. Everyone was incredibly helpful and full of good advice during the stressful process of purchasing a second property. David was very patient with my many questions (which were many!). He definitely spends the extra time getting to know you and understanding what it is exactly you are looking for so he can turn your house dreams into a reality. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

David was very supportive in the most devastated situation of our life when we got backlash with our previous broker very closer to closing of our deal and losing our money, the time and situation where we donâ€™t know who to trust anymore.David and his team worked together very quickly and professionally supported both me and my husband and made the paper work go through last minute and made it possible for us to see the dream come true of owning a house. My husband and I obtained a mortgage with David Hetti-Mortgage Intelligence.
