Highly recommended for mortgages! I am self-employed and single. Thus, my case is not always easy and it is always extremely difficult to get approval from traditional banks. Before using Mark' services, I was with a broker who told me after several weeks of waiting that my case is not easy. That broker came with an expensive offer that I declined. I then decided to look for another broker and did a Google search. I found Markâ€™s address. In less than two weeks Mark found a lender for me with an affordable rate. He is very professional, very efficient and competent. Amazing was that despite the distance between us (I live in Ottawa and he lives in London), he organized everything in a professional manner. I travelled to London to sign the mortgage documents. I was impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. I will recommend his services. You will not be disappointed!
