I went to Kevin because of the advertisements on T.V. (They must be good if they can afford this type of advertising right?). Upon our first meeting Kevin was over 20 minutes late because he was replacing the flooring at his house - this was a red flag but we let it slide. After meeting in person and him selling himself as the best in the business my partner and I decided to go with Kevin Boucher as our mortgage broker. I have never run into such a problem where getting a simple response was a task on its own.I reached out to Kevin multiple times via email and voicemail requesting an updated commitment letter as our closing date was fast approaching and not once did I receive a call or email back. I even went to the lengths of calling the receptionist asking why he would not get back to me. Due to the lack of customer service we took our business to Oriana Financial where we were received outstanding service from Darren Robinson. I highly recommend NOT going to Kevin Boucher at Dominon Lending and going elsewhere - Buying a house is stressful enough to have to add this to your plate.
