Very good service at this branch, nice staff, helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

The bank teller Laura was extremely rude and had attitude and was treating me like I don't know anything about the account. I asked her to transfer money to tax free saving account, she was so loud and explaining everything so loud so everyone could hear about my information. When I told her that I have multiple services and need my rebate. She was so rude telling me ”how long you had mortgage and you didn't know about it, why are you coming now and asking”?

My mum is not a tech person and every time we walk in for some transactions employees always underline the fact that we could make that particular payment or transfer online instead of coming into the branch. Most of the time they look annoyed to help and some are particularly rude at the counter. Because Bowmanwille now sees an affluent number of people from different ethnicities, it would be nice if the people working there could actually take a minute and try to make the customer feel welcomed and not ashamed for his or her own lack of skills.

Very bad service. The Lady Laura was being extremely rude to my friend. She did not help her, and blamed my friend for being stupid and getting over charged, like she didn't know that she was supposed to get a rebate on her account. RBC was supposed to tell her, how would she know that she could get rebate. She was being loud and mean. And talked about me in third person when I was standing right there.
