My spouse uses this branch for his business and personal accounts. One of the tellers he frequently deals with asked him out on a date. Very unprofessional. I feel uncomfortable with him continuing to do business here. Go elsewhere if you prefer professionalism. A bank teller shouldn’t be a gold digger.

Tried 6 times to contact this branch only to be hung up on. Either under staffed or EXTREMELY incompetent employees. Pathetic. This branch needs to clean house and replace the staff.

I am NOT a fan of Royal Bank.I have been banking with them for over 20 yrs.Ive had mortgages with them, loans, credit cards etc.My credit rating "used" to be incredible until I got married and my husband ruined it.Years later Im getting it back to where it used to be HOWEVER Royal Bank has done NOTHING to assist me in doing this.I couldnt even get a small overdraft on my acct... even though I bring home over 6k a month.Their hours are awful....who closes at 5 most days???Most people work until 5.Im switching after ALL these yrs because there is no forgiving within Royal Bank no matter how long you've been with them. They dont understand that life happens and sometimes good people get into trouble not because their bad people but because of uncontrollable circumstances.I will never get ahead with Royal ....I know this so I am leaving. My entire family banks and invests with Royal Bank. They are going to loose A LOT OF BUSINESS with their old school practices.

The people at the RBC Bank are really nice friendly willing to help you with any problem you have downside it's on a busy street hard to get in parking is very tight sometimes a little confusing for people but overall it's a good bank if you need to go they got drive-thru banking but overall I recommended
