We worked with Ana and her teammate Amy. Ana was able to find a lender that met our needs, and we got our condo. We think very highly of Ana. She was very competent at helping us through the process, and we were refreshed with her earnest and personal approach. Much of the communication was done with Amy's help, and done with quickness and courtesy. It was a pleasure to work with them, and they represent their team wonderfully. Thanks

Ana Cruz with the LA Mortgage team was my mortgage specialist on my very first home, although it was a bit over whelming for me at first her professionalism and willingness to help me made the process very easy on me. The late night emails and even phone calls to answer my questions had me feeling I was left in good hands. This level of "over the top service" has not wavered or diminished in the slightest from the first phone call 6 months ago to the last emails we exchanged this past week regarding mortgage rates and Christmas Greetings. Very satisfied with this organization and especially Ana's hard work and efforts. Highly Recommend. :)

I'd like to start by saying Lisa has truly changed my life economically. When we heard our second angel was on her way, our family was renting and I didn't even have a credit card let alone credit. I had never needed credit because I'm a hard worker and I despise owing anyone money. Lisa helped me buy my first home with absolutely no credit. That was two and a half years ago. Since then I have established credit through advise received from Lisa and I just refinanced my home, early, because I've moved from a C lender to a B lender. My credit score is nearly 800 and the banks are trying to get my business. If you'd like to start paying your own mortgage and not lining someone else's pocket through rent, you need to contact Lisa and her team. They are the best!

They give insights on current and possible future real estate and interest rate changes, and give great advice on how to improve your credit or qualify for your next level. Thinking of working with Ana Cruz? Think of benefiting from expert guidance, collaborating with you - for you, hardworking, trustworthy & last but not the least a great friend and a noble soul. We first partnered with Ana Cruz for our property mortgage 4+ years back and the first impression she left us with was a person who understood challenges of a first time buyer acclimatize in a new market. She was phenomenal in guiding us then - being patient with our numerous questions (some good but others inane!) - all through with a smiling face.
