I was referred to Rob by somebody who had good experience with him. He was quick in contacting me, was on top of my mortgage issue and it was time sensitive. Rob gave me better mortgage rate then my bank I used to work with before. My bank kept dragging things, asking multiple document. I am self-employed with short employment history and it made things more difficult in my case. It seemed easy for Rob though. He was easy to talk to and I felt I could ask him any question. That was especially important because I am very inexperienced with finances. He also has nice manners, very polite and appreciative of my time. I'll consider referral of my friend to him.
