I think pretty helpful and insightful staff. I also see some of these negative comments. But the people who made those comments. Have got to understand. That if they’re a bit backed up. You’re going to be waiting in line for a bit. No matter where you go. You’re going to run into lineups. It happens, it’s apart of life.

4 stars is generous, only reason its that high is because i had an issue there today and Dorian helped me out, very friendly, very patient, and most importantly very helpful, which is lacking from some other staff in this branch, they could learn from him.

MucMich...great great help with my banking needs and answering my questions thus morning. I always dealt with Sameer who has moved to a new location. Michael was fantastic for a new staff at that lication. I will surely be seeing him and Vuijia.Thank you

This bank gave a 19 year old without a job a credit card? Seriously, that is wrong.

I was extremely unimpressed with my service this morning! I went in to make a deposit into a recipient's account. I was treated like I was under suspicion or I was doing something wrong. The teller had a 5 minute conference, with I assume a manager, and I could hear them saying that they were going to call the person and confirm that they were expecting the money after I left. *I have never heard of this!* Rather, than asking for my name, the teller told me that it was regular practice to require photo ID for deposits and began writing my information down. The manager told him that he should have just asked for my name and that he did not have to write it down. I made a point of saying that he would need it if he was going to make the call they talked about. I told both individuals the reason for the "3rd party deposit" NOT that it was their business, but if they required additional information they should have asked and been upfront. Neither, offered any additional information or apology for all the extra questioning. In the end, the deposit was made. But, I will not be back at this branch!
