Amy Thompson was an absolute gem. Since we were new to this entire process she walked us through every single step of the way to guide us through the steps we needed to take. From the very moment we were in contact with her she always had speedy responses to any questions that we had and was readily available throughout the week, not just office hours. She would check in on us to make sure that we were not confused about what was happening, that all of our paperwork was in order and ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible.
