I first reached out to Jivan four years ago when purchasing my first home. He made my experience as a first timer extremely smooth and essentially effortless for me. I knew without a doubt that I would contact Jivan again this year as my husband and I recently purchased our second home. My husband ran into some complications which Jivan and his specialist, Eli worked tirelessly for weeks to secure our mortgage and make it all possible. Both Jivan and Eli went above and beyond throughout the process, updating us regularly (often after business hours) and I trusted them 100% to get it done. Throughout this second experience especially, Circle Mortgage really blew me away and made a stressful time in our lives a lot easier. Thank you so much, Jivan and Eli. I am forever grateful for your exceptional service and will not hesitate to recommend you to family, friends and colleagues.

I have been working with Jivan and his team on a number of different agreements over the last 5 years. They have not only listened to my needs, but have provided a variety of options for me to consider before moving forward in a specific direction. They are professional, articulate, customer-focused, and get the results I have expected. I will continue to work with Jivan in the future

Recently I worked with Jivan and his team to obtain a mortgage. Jivan and his team are the most diligent and capable mortgage specialists I have ever worked with. I have worked with large banks as well as independent brokerage in obtaining mortgages in the past, and Jivan and team are THE BEST by a mile. They worked so efficiently and diligently, with the utmost integrity and openness, and they demanded the same from me. Because of them, I am able to close on the property purchase problem-free and on time, and at great mortgage terms in rates and flexibility! In a business where reputation of competency, skills, and integrity is key, I'm not surprised one bit that Jivan and team stand out. Rest assured, I will work with Jivan and team at Circle Mortgage Group for sure in the future, and I will recommend them to family, friends, and co-workers. What a wonderful experience working with them! The fee rate they charge is more than reasonable, and the services and financing products they provide and obtain for their clients are way beyond the standard pricing level which they charge. 5/5, no doubt!
