Anthony Timpano is the very Best Mortgage Broker from Mortgage Archetect. He did a superb job from start to finish. He went above and beyond finding us the best rate , filled us in on all developments with all the needed documents to redo our Mortgage and explained everything thoroughly. It was done quickly and most efficiently and he gave us the name of a real estate lawyer that was top notch. Anthony deserves a 10 star rating for his professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and support. We are now able to put our house back together and do home improvement projects all thanks to him. This is the guy you want for a mortgage broker. Our story is long and crazy but I'll try a shorter version so I don't bore people. We went through 2 mortgage brokers before we met Anthony. The first guy cared more about tik tok and instagram then his clients. The second one was very new to the business and didn't offer much advice about our budget while trying to shop for our new house. I didn't feel confident with them and expressed this to a friend, who in turn, recommended Anthony. This guy has been on since day 1! He has been the most supportive and involved person through this entire process. He was able to take our info and give us a budget for properties to look at. He checked in regularly to see how we were making out with finding a place. When we finally found a place we had to go over our initial budget by a little bit. Anthony was on it and gave us advice on bills that needed to be paid and got us qualified. It has been an insane rollercoaster of looking, qualifying and selling our home for the right amount in order to make everything fall into place. However, Anthony was there, even if it was me just venting about the selling and buying process. He walked us through the whole thing and helped us much more than even our realtor. He has so much experience that he was able to give me examples of how things have worked out for other clients, which gave us peace of mind. This guy is always working, answering emails and the phone, you are never left wondering because he is there with answers. He honestly worked a miracle for us and now we have our forever home. He made the process so much easier and wish we met him sooner. We are grateful to him to be able to buy our dream home. If you need a mortgage this is your guy. He will work his hardest for you. Now every evening we get to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
