I recently moved from Ireland to Canada. My real estate agent recommended Kristin Ranieri to help me find a mortgage. Kristin’s support and knowledge were excellent and unflagging. She easily navigated the hoops to get me pre-approved for a Canadian mortgage. When my house sold quicker than expected she developed options based on the closing dates in both countries. When the schedules changed she developed backup plans and gave excellent advice about which option to go with and at what point decisions needed to be made. It goes without saying that Kristin obtained for me a better than market rate for the mortgage. I can’t recommend Kristin highly enough for her technical knowledge, efficiency, and helpfulness.

I recently went through the process of selling my current house and purchasing a new one. Never having gone through this before I was most apprehensive about the financing and costs. Kristin made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. She was able to procure a fantastic plan for me and I was more than pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Kristin anytime.

She did amazing work to help us get a mortgage which is hard when being a freelancer, and I recommend Kristin to anyone looking to get the best mortgage possible for them.

Kristin helped my wife and I with the mortgage for our first home. She was knowledgable and most importantly honest in answering all our questions. I highly recommend having a chat with her!
