Mark Leach of Tier One Mortgage was a recommendation of the seller of a property we were interested in buying. Mark was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. As an older self-employed person interested in only. VA mortgage while buying a home without the use of a realtor, Mark made the process from start to closing incredibly easy. Every aspect and every detail was addressed with amazing speed, affordability and ease. Based upon our experience of buying what we can consider our dream home, without reservation, we recommend Mark Leach to anyone looking for financing.

Mark Leach is skilled, knowledgeable, and effective. He’s also friendly, likable, and accommodating. Julie Smith, the most successful real estate agent in the Conesus Lake area, referred me to him, and I now understand why. I’ve had experience with other mortgage brokers, but Mark has been the best. I’ve done two mortgages with him. Both were difficult to get done, but Mark persisted and even landed excellent rates for me. I give him my highest recommendation.

Mark did a great job finding the best mortgage option for us. He was there for every question my wife or myself had. He is knows his stuff! When the buyer for my property had trouble with the "big" bank Mark was able to get them through the process as well there isn't a better way to go than through these guys.

I am so glad to have found and used Mark's services on several occasions. I tried using 'local' banks and credit unions, however Mark was able to find great financing options for me across the country. I would encourage people that are buying a house, or refinancing, to give Mark a call. Don't use those quick mortgage scams that you see on TV. Mark has the knowledge and confidence to make things happen!

Mark always provided our family with great service and showcased great knowledge of the business each time we spoke. He advocated for us and did everything in his ability to make our dreams come true. Awesome service and highly recommended. Satisfied customers!
