Dealing with Pat Palmer has been fantastic. We were trying to remortgage the house in order to help us with the bills that were piling up. We were also changing jobs and were unable to provide the traditional income history that would be required. Pat worked tirelessly and was able to secure us a great mortgage that not only we were able to afford but allowed us additional funds in order to perform some of the needed house repairs, Highly recommend Pat. He truly cares about his clients and he's able to provide solutions that the other guys can't

Zoom Mortgage is a great experienced team and Dan is great. With a busy life, I don't have the time or cycles to hunt for the best mortgage myself notwithstanding all the fine print that go along with DYI Financing. Dan arranges the best rate and explains everything . Zoom is like Apple of the Mortgage industry: "It just works".
