Gone for my Renewal with Street capital and I must say I couldn’t be happier! What an easy group to work with, over the last number of years they have looked after me well and I have never had an issue at all. It’s nice to know there is such a good team of hard workers behind the Scenes making sure everything’s gonna work out OK! Thanks Street Capital, for the dedicated service and I look forward to the next 5 years with you!

Vaiya was a great agent, she went above and beyond to help us secure a mortgage especially given that we had a very short closing. I would recommend Vaiya to anyone looking to secure a mortgage.

My husband and I have used Street Capital when we purchased our home 4 years ago and again when we refinanced this month. Our experience was always positive with them. Specificaly, the Customer Loyalty Rep. we dealt with Claudia Ingles was superb! She went above and beyond to get us what we needed.

This company by far is the most unprofessional and unscrupulous company ever I've come across. How do you commit to a mortgage and literally minutes on the CLOSING DATE and ask for an extension just to totally drop the ball and back out completely from your commitment? You've really messed up my mortgage and I'm now in panic mode scrumbling to pick up the pieces. How DARE you play with ppls lives and their trust? I should've known from reading all the above reviews but I kept convincing myself that I may have a different experience. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. You've been WARNED!!!!!!

I can't say enough about our agent at Street Capital. Rob was attentive, super easy to deal with, and always on top of our file. That being said, Street Capital does require way more paperwork than a typical big bank mortgage would. We did end up having to pay our real estate lawyer more than his normal fee to cover all the additional costs. I also have been with Street Capital for over 3 years and have never missed a payment, but when we wanted to move and port our mortgage to a new place, they looked at me like a new customer and my perfect history with them seemed to mean nothing. So pro's and con's - I was willing to do the extra work to get the better rate that they were offering, but if you don't want to deal with the extra paperwork they will make you sign and extra documents they will make you submit, you may want to stick with a big bank mortgage.
