Been there 5 times since November 2018 for few statements that were very urgently needed , the staff are just very nice and every time they told me that they are going to find the statements and then will contact me . I have never ever received any email or phone call from them , instead I had to go in multiple times and ask for the same thing . No result . So at the end I call the 1 800 number and they sent me those statements after 1 week . Problem solved now in February 2019. Should have done this instead of going to the branch . They are not very experienced.

This is the worst rbc branch ever! There are staff but they’re not on their tills or just wandering around waiting for each other to do the work AND every time I go I multiple staff serving on ONLY ONE TILL. All other rolls closed! Why? What’s the logic?

Have in mind this is not a real branch. The staff are not thar experienced and can't do much here. The ATMs are the new ones though

Amazing staff and customer service. I went to open my business account and other matters related to my business. I had a meeting with Ms. Hsiao, the Mutual Funds Representative and she was amazing. Great service and clear information and all my questions were answered. I have tried other branches from RBC, so far this is the best one!

Great customer service, this place is not that busy so you won't be in line for long. I opened a business account with Ms. Hsiao she was amazing. Best RBC branch.
