Absolutely terrible service. I've had minor issues with RBC in the past, that I overlooked. This particular time, I needed to make a simple adjustment on an account, it took me over 2 hours on the phone (was hung up on 2 times), reached the wrong department, transferred, hung up on again, walked into the branch, the Branch Manager was unhelpful and robotic, the Direct Investor crew was very rude, the staff have little to no empathy and simply don't care about the clients' time. Will most likely be ending my 10+ year relationship with RBC. Simply astonished how they treat clients.

This bank organized a hackathon that was really lame and totally sucked. If you would like to save your child from this you should. Also their website looks like it was made by a grade 3. I was designing nicer websites when i was in grade 3 so I'm leaving a review here. Their customer service seems really sloppy and not well organized. I guess their banking services isn't any better. For customer convenience I recommend you try some other bank that makes it really easy to enjoy and trust your money with someone. I wish I could give less than a 1 star but apparently that's as low as it goes.I'm taking it easy and trying to spare your time and list only a couple things that I hate about this bank.
