This location has the longest wait times out of all the ones I've been to. I try to avoid it.

Great customer service with less people than the RBC main branch

Great customer service!

Martin opened a checking account for me. Negatives: - He did not open the account properly so my debit card didn't work which necessitated another visit to a different branch to fix it. - He did not close my former account like I had requested, which again necessitated another trip to another branch to fix it. - He told me that I needed to set up a pre-authorized deposit or two pre-authorized debits and I would get an ipad. In reality a deposit needs to be coded as payroll, even if it is payroll, if the employer doesn't code it as such, RBC doesn't count it. Positives: Friendly, well dressed
