Durgesh has been a great help from the start. He made the whole process very smooth and effortless. He got me an excellent rate and I really appreciate that. Paul was referred to me by a friend, who had a good experience with True North Mortgage. At first, I was scared because I have no idea how a mortgage application works as this is my first time buying a home. But, trust me when I say that Paul will assist you every single step of the way. I honestly only have good things to say about Paul. He was very accommodating and was available even after office hours. He is polite and really cares about the people he deals with. He offered me a rate much lower than what my bank offered. Not only that, the rate even got reduced three times before my closing date! I will continue to refer Paul to all my family and friends who will be needing a mortgage. Paul, I want to extend my big thanks to you. I wish you all the best! Until my next home purchase!

Paul was the best mortgage broker by far that I have ever dealt with. He was polite, consistent, helpful, always timely with his communication and thorough. He got me the best interest rate after all my research. Even after I had agreed to go with Paul and True North, he continued to notify me of a decrease in interest rate. I would most definitely recommend Paul and True North.

"We were working with few mortgage brokers before for the past few years but eventually I have to decide to look for another broker, as I was searching for a new one, I came across True North Mortgage and I chose them based on their reviews. I find them to be very professional, knowledgeable particularly Paul Siu, who handled our application very professionally in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a mortgage broker and I'm very thankful for his excellent service.

Paul Siu is a mortgage rock star! This is our third time dealing with him in the last few years and he is honest, informative, patient and provides excellent customer service that goes beyond the call of duty. He will get back to you right away and is always concerned about what is best for the client. In a highly competitive Toronto market, he does not cut corners and still manages to get the job done with quality, attention to detail and courteousness.
