I highly recommend True North Mortgage, Robert and his team were able to get us the best rate for our mortgage. On top of that he was able to make it happen with a small window before our renewal. I strongly recommend True North Mortgage. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a unique mortgage situation to which they were able to successfully navigate and get me the necessary financing for my new home purchase in Alberta. The website is extremely user friendly and simple to navigate. Dear Robert, I was so happy you were able to help me with my extremely tight finance deadline (2 days) and unique circumstance. Your tireless and exhaustive efforts were greatly appreciated. I had the real pleasure of working with Robert Dang. He worked very diligently to ensure I was provided the best offer for my upcoming mortgage renewal. I was extremely stressed due to the current interest rates. He is very clear in his communication, and was able to put together a mortgage renewal that worked for my current situation. Very easy to talk to and sincere in his search for best rates etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a reliable, trustworthy, and competent mortgage broker!! Can’t say enough:). We used True North Mortgage to purchase our first house. Our broker, Robert Dang, was excellent to work with. He took the time to look for the best rates for us and help us navigate all the paperwork. Most importantly, when he sensed that our mortgage was going to fall through unexpectedly at the last moment due to an unforeseen concern, he was ahead of it and found us an alternative at an even better rate! I would highly recommend working with Robert and True North!
