Absolutely unprofessional. We were asked several times for the same documents we had already submitted. We were then told everything was good to go. Two days before our closing date our lawyer informed us they decided they wouldn't forward the money until 4 days past closing. They breached our agreement and left us homeless for 4 days, as well as paying interest on late payment to the seller. There was no explanation provided. Because it was so last minute we are stuck with them. This company is highly unprofessional and takes advantage of its clients, don't use them EVER.

Don't let their low rates fool you! We received their initial paprework from our broker, with clauses I didn't know would cost me so much more money and time. This company is all about making their money on the back end. You will pay for things that they determine like appraisals, inspections, tax bills, etc. If you want to opt out, you pay! They are slow to get your paperwork to your lawyers office. And this will cost you too. My law office explained to me this company has a lot more paperwork than other mortgage companies. They added clauses into final our paperwork and with the shortage of time to get it signed or pay the seller more they make it difficult for you. For example we decided to hold back funds for stucco to be finished. RMG added a clause that there needed to be another appraisal done at our cost which they just happen to add to our final paperwork and not disclose beforehand. They give the excuse that they are in training and are swamped but will work as fast as they can. I think it's a loop hole to get you in a crunch for time and have to sign their agreement. Again more of your money for them. They are sweet and courteous on the phone at customer service. But that's where it stops. You can't really get things resolved immediately, you need to wait for management to call you. They want to collect your municipal taxes and pay your bill for you. It sounds great on theory. However if you have any outstanding bill late or not they will pay it and not tell you. Which means you will basically have it added to your mortgage. If you want to opt out you pay. And they don't collect the right amount to meet your tax bill, even though they know what it is, mistake or plan to perpetuate this collection scheme to make money? I wouldn't sign again with this company and don't recmoment you do either.

A missed mortgage payment fee $99.75!? Seriously? Will be moving my mortgage when it comes due. Had never heard of this company before, had a broker - never again. Will leave my mortgage in the hands of the "well known" professionals!

I absolutely LOVE RMG Mortgages! They provide service that is second to none and make it AFFORDABLE to buy a home. I am currently in my 4th home but this is the first I've owned solely and had always used the "big box" banks but decided when it came time to refinance I would consider other options. RMG Mortgages work with every buyer situation. They offered me a great mortgage rate and streamlined my home improvement debt. As a single mom I'm extremely appreciative that RMG Mortgages came through for my family. I can now relax for the next five years knowing my mortgage has been locked in at the best possible rate and that everything has been tidied up. I will recommend them to anyone I know ... if you're buying a home definitely consider RMG Mortgages, they are worth it and they make you feel like you're worth it ... not just a number!

Completely inflexible. Requested to payout mortgage 3 WEEKS before the end of current term. RMG refused and requested a 3 MONTH interest penalty. They would not budge, so I extended closing date by 3 weeks to avoid giving them the satisfaction. Terrible customer service!!
