True North Mortgage

I was looking to renew my mortgage and my previous lender was less than willing to do anything to keep my business. Heck, the rate they offer for an identical mortgage as my first was 10%. So I started to look for another brokerage to do business with and True North Mortgage stood out purely based on my interactions with Peter. Peter was professional and clearly had a keen sense of customer service; which I make a high priority when doing business with anyone since I'm in the customer service business myself. Peter rolled out the red carpet for me, walked me through my options, inquired about my plans with my current property, give me opinions and facts about rentals in the area, sales/purchases. In some respects he gave me more information about real estate than my real estate agent has! There were slight hiccups in the closing of my mortgage which was created by my previous lender, and yet Peter still offered to help and work for me. There's a distinct difference between someone who wants to earn your business and someone who is merely an order taker. I can assure anyone reading this post that if you deal with True North, especially Peter, you won't be disappointed. 5 star customer service and 5 star product delivery. Keep up the great work Peter!!

Where to start. I reached out to True North after seeing an online ad. Not thinking much of it at first to be honest. I was put in touch with Peter Esper and I can not say enough about the level of PATIENCE And CUSTOMER SERVICE he had and still has with me (I'd consider myself a client for life now). He has always been thorough and diligent while answering all my questions even when repetitive. He has also been far more knowledgeable than anyone I've been in touch with at any of the big banks, and I can speak from experience given I have had multiple mortgages to date. I've referred Peter to everyone I know. His knowledge and experience is probably the only reason I was able to confidently proceed with the purchase of my most recent property purchase. Thank you so much!

Having bad experiences with different banks, I decided to take the plunge and contact a broker. True North did not disappoint! They provided excellent rates and even better customer service with quick responses and timely follow ups. It's obvious that their staff care about their clients, putting in the time (or overtime) to patiently answer any questions and provide advice about the entire process, from new mortgage through renewal. Thanks Dashna in particular for all your help, it's really appreciated.

Our mortgage advisor, Michael Capobianco, was a pleasure to deal with. He promptly answered all our questions, responded to our messages, and worked hard to find a better deal for us even if it meant more legwork for him. We are very pleased with his services, and would highly recommend him. This is my third or fourth time working with True North; there is really no reason to talk to a bank when True North Mortgage does it for you. Happy Canada Day!

I did not had any issues dealing with True North, as Victor was always there and prepared to assist. He anticipated any issues that may slow down the process and made me aware before handed. Victor is highly professional and informative. He made sure that my case receives the required attention and kept me updated at all times. Plus, he remained available at all times to address our queries (sometimes after hours as well). I never had to follow back regarding any questions or concerns that I asked him and he made sure that the information is delivered right and appropriate, the very first time. Victor made my experience great and i would highly recommend True North to anyone who is seeking for such services.
