Dave did a fantastic job setting up our mortgage on our first investment property and made the entire process quite smooth! He provided status updates on the approval process as well to eliminate our anxiety. I recommend Dave to anybody - thanks again for the fantastic rate, you did awesome!

David is amazing! You can tell when someone is passionate about their field and David is a perfect example. He helped us through our mortgage renewal and his initial offer could not be beat by our current lender or our initial broker. He communicates quickly and clearly and doesn’t push - which is a great change of pace from the voicemails I was getting from other brokers. I’m so happy I found him and I’m already referring my friends.

David explained my options clearly and thoroughly and he was much easier to communicate with than my bank mortgage rep. Dave is great for his advice, good communication, his creativity and his enthusiasm for his job.

Dave is a life saver! As a self employed person, I have had issues finding a mortgage for my condo. Dave helped me find a mortgage for my condo at a great rate. He even went as far to ensure that I got a good mortgage renewal rate. I have been using Dave since 2015 and I highly recommend him!
