I also had a very similar, extremely poor experience with Eduarda Pita. She was demeaning and curt with very poor customer service skills. She asked me to go away and google changes in the mortgage rules instead of explaining the changes in the mortgage rules herself (I guess because she has more important things to do then assist me) and made me feel that I was not worth her time. This is not the type of service I'm used to from anyone who wishes to earn my business. When I contacted a competing broker they explained to me the changes and ALSO what my options were and how they wish to assist me.

Very unprofessional, demeaning, and pushy service. You can't trust Eddie to put your needs ahead of hers, therefore I recommend seeking professional mortgage services elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with Eddie. I felt she was unprofessional, demeaning and forgetful. Save yourself time by choosing another broker. She clearly has too many.
