Very accessible. They always answer the phone or write back an email. They work quickly, the rates are some of the best I’ve seen and the customer service is honestly phenomenal. If you're looking for a private mortgage lender in the city, I would absolutely recommend Leon and his team.

Always used to do my mortgage through my bank, but the slow response time, not so great customer service and mediocre rates always used to throw me off. Finally got sick of it this year and decided to go with a private mortgage lender. After some research I decided to give the guys at CMB - private mortgage lender a try. Been happy ever since. The service is great, rates are great and these guys are always just a quick phone call or email away.

Working with Leon and the team was great. Very professional, very quick, kept me up to date every step of the way, answered all my questions and got me a great private rate.
